Would this be wrong?

A girl from my school has been posting about being starving and having nowhere to go and it’s under 30 degrees outside. She’s 16 and wants to be “independent” from her parents but I think shes going through something much bigger to be staying outside in 30 degree weather.

Would calling CPS be wrong of me? We are the same age so I don’t know if they would even take me seriously.
