Hey all, I was wondering what birth control you were on, after delivering your babies that DIDN’T affect your milk supply.

I was EBF my daughter until 6 weeks. I got the jadelle (contraceptive implant brand) when I was 3 weeks pp and noticed it decreased my supply. I then got an infection and the antibiotics finished off my supply, despite putting my daughter on the boob more, and power pumping.

I’m currently 7 weeks pregnant with my second child, and was wondering what worked for you, and didn’t affect your supply. Should I stick with non-hormonal options like condoms or the copper IUD? Or did you get on okay with progesterone only birth control?
