HELP!!!!

Please no judgment! If you feel the need to, just know I’m doing it 10 times worse right now than you ever could. Help me please?! So I had/have what could either be a small herpes cluster or I scratched myself a little too hard. Both are possible, I guess. I just had a baby a year ago, never had any signs till last month. I might have scratched myself too hard because I’ve been battling a yeast infection for a few months now too. When I scratched, I did use my nail, so that is entirely possible. With it being the holidays I can’t get into the free clinic yet. So, here’s what I really need help with. I scratched the area that’s sore, and hadn’t had a chance to wash my hands yet. About a minute later, my 1 year old found something and put it in her mouth. I got up quickly and fished it out, only then did I realize that I hadn’t washed my hands yet. Now I’m freaking out!!! I now have to wait 2-12 days to find out if I’ve ruined her life! 😭😭 Is there anyone out there who can give me reassurance or just anything at this point! I’m literally crying and don’t know what to do! What are some of the symptoms those of you with herpes have experienced. Maybe if nothing else, I can be reassured that that’s not what it is.
