How long until your boobs didn’t hurt?

My milk came in last night and I’m pretty sure I just gained all my baby weight back but on my chest 😂
OUCH! “Rock hard” was right! How long did it take you to stop hurting and just overall “adjust”?

2-3 days. Pump till comfortable..it helps alot.

Take hot showers and massage. Pumping isn’t recommended, but if you do, don’t pump more than an ounce. It will level out in a few days.

It took about a week for me.  I’d recommend getting a haakaa to help ease engorgment (and create a little milk stash).
