third trimester exercise

I went with my hubby to planet fitness today and did a soft workout with a bike machine, treadmill, and bounced on a ball. the total time was about an 30-45min.

I haven't been able to hold down much healthy food (due to HG and fruits/veggies being undigestable) throughout this pregnancy. before I was eating them regularly. I also havent been able to work out much (again, HG and improper diet/very low energy).

after going to the gym today, which I dont think I pushed myself too hard but maybe I did? I have felt SO GRUMPY and incredibly flacid. my whole body feels like the flu and my attitude is short and cold...

anybody have any idea whats up? im not freaking out and I'll def be able to sleep at night but I'm taken aback by the lack of endorphins I'm supposed to have and energy I thought was supposed to come with a workout...
