Period not on sugar pills?

Okay so during finals week my period came a week early, definitely from the stress of finals and everything else that comes along with finals. Well I started a new pack and have a week and three days until my next set of sugar pills starts. But last night I started spotting and today is become what seems like a full period...Has this happened to anyone else? I’m on the Blisovi/Lupin brand pill and have been on it for about two and a half years.
