Creamy discharge

I am having some creamy discharge. I don't know when my period is supposed to come because I have irregular periods (i had it twice last month) According to my Flo app, my period was supposed to be today but nothing. Am having some diarreha and constipation along with some creamy lotion feeling discharge. Not a lot to soak my underwear though. I took a test and it was negative. Is this discharge normal? When/Should i retest?
