My boyfriend has epilepsy and I’m 350lbs

So, my boyfriend and I aren’t TTC per se, however we don’t use protection. BUT, over thanksgiving, my mom told me that I might be infertile due to PCOS. My boyfriend has epilepsy which might have affected his sperm count maybe? And I’m 350lbs. Which might be why we haven’t gotten our Positive. I’m heartbroken and terrified. I’ve been working on losing weight but I just have this feeling that I’ll never be a mommy and it hurts so much and I’m so scared.
