Is he just not into me ? Please help!

When I first started talking to the guy I am now he told me he was a very sexual person. Well we only have sex once every 2 weeks if even that anymore. I am an extremely sexual person and could have sex all the dang time. I get frustrated not having sex as often as I’d like. I don’t understand why he’d say he’s a sexual person when he doesn’t even make a move on me anymore or act Interested in sex at all. He doesn’t ever initiate kissing me. Like if I lean in then yes he’ll kiss me but he’s never the one to start a kiss. Is he just not into me or what? Please help.
