Anyone have cystic acne? What helps to get rid of it?

Never really had acne on my face until I was 24 then BAM cystic acne to the extreme. I’ve had it for about 4.5 years now. Part of me just accepts it but I really want to get rid of it.

I drink lots of water. Try to eat healthy.

I’ve went to the dermatologist but it’s expensive and really didn’t help.

I’ve tried proactive and it actually made it worse.

I’ve been using the Aztec cream that’s on Amazon and that does help but doesn’t prevent it.

Anyone have any success stories on getting rid of this monster?
