Nose piercing?

I am kind of interested in getting my nose pierced. But I haven’t had any piercings done except for ear piercings when I was a baby. Is it super painful? What does it feel like? How do they do it? Is it worth it? Any info would be greatly appreciated 💓

I had my nipples pierced. It’s a 8 on the pain. 
Just got my nose two days ago. It was a two. Doesn’t bother me. And yesterday I got my helix. It was a one.

Got it done with a needle (as it should be done). It was quick and I personally didn’t really feel pain it was more pressure than anything. Just be sure to research before you decide on a place to go to. You want to make sure they’re professional, sanitary and overall has a good reputation.

I have 17 piercings my nose ,my nipples , my ears & tongue . Nipples hurt the most by far. The nose was pretty fast it just made my eyes water a bit but no blood or anything . Do it it’s super cute and if you want it the pain is the least

It doesnt hurt it just feels like a little pinch and it makes your eye water on whatever side u get it on and thats it or thats what happen to me ive had mine done 3 times I did it twice my self then I went to a tattoo studio to get it the last time

I've had a stud for 5-6 years now. My friend and I hot them done together.
Her experience- it hurt quite a bit. Her eyes teared up a lot. And it would not stop bleeding. It also took a really long time to heal even though she was good with care. Like.. It looked swollen and infected even tho it wasn't. 
My experience- I felt nothing... Like someone poked me with a finger. My eyes teared up a little. There was such a little amount of blood she didn't even wipe it away. About a minute after it was done I got really light headed and almost fainted. Ive never fainted in my life and felt fine up to it... So I'm still have no idea where that came from. Mine LOOKED like it was healed by the end of the day. But took a while before it stopped being tender.
It's deffinately a case by case thing. Everyone's experience is going to be different. But I love mine and I'm very glad I did it. I think my friend feels the same. 
It was over so quickly. My belly button and ears hurt way worse. I think, if you want it, you should do it.

I suspect your perception of how painful it is depends on you pain tolerance. I didn't think it was too bad. It certainly was less painful than my cartilage piercings, though the eye on the side I got pierced on watered as if I were crying. 
They used a straight needle and hand pierced, aiming for the tube they stuck up my nose to protect the opposite side of the nostril they were piercing (you actually have to push harder than you'd imagine to pierce skin). Then they remove the needle, insert the jewelry they had shaped to my nostril & voilà! All done. It really wasn't a big deal & it made me fond of my nose for the first time ever.

I've had mine done since I was in school I'm 27 now it didn't hurt at all I've only just started wearing it again after about two years and can you believe I can still get it in!!

Yes, I have mine for past I think 3 years. It was done with a needle and I think it’s only recommended with a needle. All I can say is I love it lol I only use hoop rings , I don’t like studs/bone/pin or w.e people call it

I’ve had my nose pierced for about 5 years and they do it with a needle and to be honest I’m a big wimp with pain but it didn’t hurt at all it can make your eyes water it didn’t with me but it can and you just have to keep it clean with salt water, I’m glad I got mine done :)

I've had it done 5 times; twice professionally. Why that many times you ask? Because I ripped the fucking thing out every time!! I wanted it so bad but your nose takes so much longer to truly heal and it gets irritated easily. They apparently have stuff now that helps piercings heal quickly so that could be different. The thing about piercings is if you don't like them you just take them out. But you could get the glue on jewelry and wear it for a week to see if you'll like it. Good luck!
