Am I doing something wrong?

Hi friends, my husband and I are TTC, and so far no luck.  We went for tests and they gave me an AMH level of 3.88 and told me I have 11 follicles - now sending me for more tests to check if I ovulate because we still aren’t having any luck 
I didn’t even get a smiley face this month and I test every single day
The doctor said my AMH level is on the high side but 1-4 is considered normal? And mentioned maybe PCOS but I don’t have any of the usual signs 
Feeling so down about it all
Are these results anything to worry about?

If it’s PCOS there are meds out there that can help you ovulated. I have PCOS and was put on metformin to help with ovulating.  And let’s just say it helped big time I now have a 2 year old daughter and she is my world. I also had to be but put on blood thinners(ASA 81mg) and lovenox injections but that’s cause my antibodies were off and all my pregnancies in the pass(8 miscarriages, before my rainbow baby) ended on miscarriages.

Your result are very good. My AMH is 1.29 and considered a bit low, yours is great.
For how long are you trying?
There is a lot of tests that can be done and the problem can also be on Mr side. It is a 50/50 job there. Has he been tested too?
