Level 8 hip pain at29 weeks😩

Is it too soon for a birthing/ exercise ball?

I need something for this pain and not to toot my own horn but I have a pretty high pain tolerance so for me to be saying I can’t take much more of this means it’s gotten that painful😅😓

I’m also open to any pain management tip you may have. I just know the ball has good reviews on stretching the hips and relieving pain😅
