Ok CC, it’s New Year’s Eve... let’s hear your thoughts.

I feel like 2018 was a blur. Normally I’d say I don’t make resolutions or I try but fail. BUT 2018 was the first year in a long time I’ve made one and stuck to it. (Probably because it was one small, specific thing- no more putting sugar or sweetener in coffee/tea.)
So I’m inspired to try again. This year I’m cutting back on eating meat. My resolution is one day a week fully vegetarian. (I know it sounds kind of silly, it’s just one day.)
