Peak OPK results

Hello all. I have been ttc. I had sex the day before my high fertility results on the digital reader. I had 2 days of High fertility and then I hit PEAK fertility(this morning). We had sex last night/this morning. My question is, since I had sex on the day I got PEAK results is there a chance we might have caught the egg? Lets not forget about the action I got 3-4 days ago.
