TMI but my doctor told me I had a small bleed last Thursday and then today I'm having this? I am 5 weeks 5 days. I called them and they wont see me until Wednesday but after my miscarriage in October I am terrified its happening again

I’m so sorry you’ve experienced loss. :( it’s a crushing pain unlike any other. Sorry. 
If you go to the ER, and you are miscarrying, they’re not going to be able to do anything to stop or prevent it. All they’re going to do is likely: a. Nothing since you’re super early. B. Do an ultrasound but since you’re early, they may not see anything anyway. I honestly would wait to see your OB. Your OB is going to give you more helpful information than the ER. Frankly, ERs are not much help for early pregnancy. In fact, where I live, they don’t do anything if you’re before 20 weeks because they can’t do anything. Call your OB again and press for an appointment, and if they truly can’t get you in until Wednesday, take it easy and lay low until then.

I agree, you should go to the ER and have yourself checked. I had a small amount of bleeding early on my pregnancy and my dr performed an ultrasound to make sure everything was okay. It provides me so much relief and I hope you will too!
