Stopping my period?

How can I naturally stop my period? Because it’s gonna come on twice this month and i don’t want it to cuz my bf’s bday... help??

The only safe way I know of to stop your period is to go on birth control. Obviously it’s not the natural approach and it’s to sudden but you might want to think about it if this situation comes up again. Maybe try something called “soft disc”? It’s a menstrual disk (think menstrual cup) that is meant to be worn for period sex with the Intent to be “mess free period sex”. The experiences vary so be aware of that.

The only reason your period stops is if there is a health problem. Natural or not, trying to force it to stop is not healthy.
