I recently found out i have PCOS but this month i ovulated as i took opks and got a strong positive we also used preseed i am 11dpo today and 3 days till period i had light spotting today pinkish and was a little red very light and after that had nothing.
Also after that had no bleeding unless i have some tommorow unsure but hoepful all day been getting sharp twinges in left and right side of abdomen and just under the bellybutton also had a back ache right to my lower back can this be pregnancy?
