Dependence on Nausea Meds?

As I’m sure all of us are, I’m trying to minimize the “foreign” things I put in my body during my pregnancy. I have a 5 1/2-year-old and my nausea is much worse this time and I had to give in and ask my doctor for meds. However, now I feel like I can’t get through without them and I’m going to not be able to function unless I take them. Has anyone found any sort of rebound effect with nausea meds? (making the nausea worse after not taking meds) Or found that once they started them they had a really hard time dealing with nausea on their own?
