How long does the cramping/bleeding last?

Hey y’all, so I got my IUD (Mirena) exactly 3 weeks ago today. I still get cramping and stuff, and I’m pretty sure I’m on my period right now. Is it just my period or is it still my uterus getting used to the IUD? I’m so confused! All these years, I’m used to how my period is, but now I have no idea what I’m supposed to feel like! I’m thinking if the cramping doesn’t go away after this month, I might get it taken out? But how long have you guys had the pain last before it went away? Tell me your experiences!!!
