Anyobody eles's body lile to trick them?

pregnancy symptoms. Negative test. Im only 10 dpo so ik there is still a chance. But this isnt the first time I've had "symptoms" and end up not being pregnant. This is however the fisrt time ive been so hungry that ive cried😂 ive ate chicken nuggets, cheese ravioli, 2 huge omelets, chips and salsa.... The list goes on. And I am still so hungry that im mad 😂 and on top od that ive had cramping for the past 3 days.
