Want to share on Facebook but ex says no!

Hey everyone !

I am in my second trimester with my first baby. A very big surprise and very bad timing. My husband of 10 years told me he was leaving me the day before I found out I was pregnant with our baby. In the middle of a divorce he wants kept private and the baby too.

I want to share with my friends and family my news on Facebook and he has threatened me with privacy that I can’t!

He is/will not be tagged in the post, no picture of him, no name nothing! He claims it is a privacy issue as we had so many common friends!!!

I in legal trouble if I post my baby announcement with the post having nothing to do with him?
