First and hopefully only NST

I was at work tonight and I felt horrible all of the sudden and felt like I was gonna pass out so I had a nurse check my bp and it was 152/102 which is not anywhere close to normal for me. So they send me up to our L&D floor to be monitored for an hour and my bp finally goes down since I’m laying down and they told me to clock out go home and rest. I’m 32+4 and I’m worried that I’m having bp problems too early. My feet hands and face are swollen a little bit, but nothing excessive. Has anyone else had a random spike in bp like that? Mine normally runs perfect 117/79 so I’m a little worried I’m gonna start having bp problems.
