UTI??

I get UTIs a lot and the last two months I’ve had one that just won’t go away fully and now it has gotten so much worse. I will be asleep and I wake up to an urgency to go pee but when I go it burns a little and it is only dribbles. But I feel like I have to pee whenever I leave the toilet. This is the second night of this and I really just want some sleep. Any suggestions?
