Is this normal after pumping??? TMI warning

This is my slacker boob and it’s stopped producing milk until I found some oatmeal cookies and it became engorged this morning. I haven’t pumped this side in probably a week or less. After pumping I saw my nipple is huge and swollen. It only pumped an ounce and I pumped for maybe 30-35 minutes. Is this normal???
My other nipple does not look like this at all

This happened to me every time I would take a break from pumping. But slacker boob or not, if you’re not pumping it won’t be producing. Breastmilkis supply and demand. If you want your slacker boob to catch up, pump more.

Looks like wrong size flange and possibly suction too high, no need to pump for more than 20 minutes at a time either
