Advice please!
Ok please don’t judge I’m new with tampons I always used pads until my ob said to try tampons or a cup because I was getting a rash all the time but anyway someone told me that I change my tampon too much how often is too much I try to change it when I go to the bathroom as I don’t like peeing on the string but my sister said u are only supposed to change it every 4 hours
