My toddler son used my bump as a freaking trampoline through my daughter’s entire pregnancy! And when I was pregnant with my son I fell over at 18 weeks pregnant and landed straight on my bump. Both are absolutely fine. If you don’t have pain or bleeding you are likely fine, but if it would put your mind at rest to get checked then do it 😊

I was 30 weeks with my son and my other son jumped on my belly. Everything was fine. Dont worry about it

If you cramp a little that’s normal. My husband and I were messing around one day and I was around 13 weeks and he accidentally smacked my belly bc he tried to smack my butt but i turned lol. I had some cramping after but no bleeding and I’m now 32 weeks and baby is still fine. If you notice any bleeding call your doctor right away
