I have had my Mirena for about 8 months now and I’ve been sexually active with my boyfriend for about 3 months. Is it safe for him not to pull out? He has always pulled out due to my paranoia of getting pregnant. Do I have anything to worry about if he finishes in me or am I just overthinking?
