cramps AFTER period🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
my period ended 1-2 days ago. & today i've been cramping (not bad just a mild annoying cramping). i thought i had to use the bathroom, & it hurt so bad (cramps) & i was a little constipated bcus the pain kept me from actually having a bowel movement.
why in the hell am i hurting like this? my period is done. does this happen to anyone else? i'm so confused.
