Did I lose my baby?

About 2-3 days after receiving a positive pregnancy test, I ended up bleeding and this happened

I’m took another pregnancy test about a month later and it’s still positive. I’m confused. Am I pregnant or not?

This is a miscarriage. There is nothing a doctor can do but give you a D&C. I’m so sorry :(

Go to the doctor. I mean its entirely possible you were pregnant with twins and simply lost one but I would go to the doctor and make sure your levels are ok. Or at the very least if you did have a miscarriage to make sure your body disposed of all the contents from the pregnancy cause if not you could be in for a few health issues. Not trying to scare you but...
