Urgent please read, bleeding!!

I'm 15 weeks pregnant, my husband and I were just being intimate 😏 and I noticed I was bleeding. A lot. I know some women bleed during sex while pregnant but is it normal for a lot?? We stopped obviously, and after I wiped it all away I'm pretty sure its stopped but I'm still worried. I'm rh negative, I don't think this will matter in this situation though? Should I call my doctor? Has anyone else had this happen and been ok?

Update: thanks everyone, I tried to call my doctor but they are closed for new years and didn't have another number to call. I did call a 24/7 nurse hotline from my insurance and they said to monitor it and go to urgent care if it gets worse otherwise call my doctor in the morning when they open. Thanks again!
