tampons are kinda scary

alright don’t judge, but i’m 15 going on 16 and i’ve never used a tampon. like i’m genuinely afraid to use them. i don’t know how to put them in, i’m afraid i’ll put it in wrong AND i’m even more afraid that i’ll forget to take it out. all my friends use them and want to start bc there’s so many things i have to miss out on bc i’m wearing a pad. so please help me and reassure me that it’s not that scary and i’m being dumb.
