Help me
I’m almost 14, and 5” 11 3/4 and weigh 222.2 last time I checked. My doctor said I don’t have this condition my mom thought I had and she is now forcing me to starve and lose weight. I over eat and have basically ptsd so whenever my anxiety is high or my mental health is on the bad side I just eat and some times I eat healthy but top it with something unhealthy. For example apple slices with condensed milk. But anyway for 2019 I want to lose weight because I can not take my moms nore any of my other family’s hate. I’m going to start using the product it works, and I want to start the Leto diet since people say the military diet doesn’t work. But this post is me asking for tips and help/ recipes for losing weight. And I plan on walking at Least 30 min a day FYI I have been obese my whole life here is my most recent picture just because
