Cramping from 3dpo

So I'm 14 dpo, I have irregular cycles, so AF is not yet to come for a few more days, the thing is that I've been cramping and felt like heavy uterus from 3dpo to this day, I've been having white cm (which is not regular for me after ovu, not the CM not the cramping) so I've been wondering if someone had this and ended up having a BFP, I took a test tonight and it was BFN😢, too soon maybe?
