Pregnant?? I am scared!

I am only 19 and don't wanna be pregnant. I started birth control a couple days after the last day of my most recent cycle. I had protected sex with condom and I believe he pulled out. But I have had constipation, mild cramps, and in fact LESS discharge when most pregnant woman experience MORE discharge. My period might be a little late cuz of starting birth control later in the cycle? But I have had a lot less discharge but what little discharge I have had was egg white and stretchy (fertile). Yet my cervix is still low and firm like it should be before period. Could I pregnant guys?? Sorry I'm just super paranoid and scared😭😭
