Help I’m concerned

ok so im freaked out a bit, im 7 weeks pg, and im really feeling the period feeling coming on, i have been spotting brown blood not enough to feel a pad only when i use the bathroom boobs are really sore im hoping its normal cause my stomach has been feeling like tons of stretching today, but i dont have alot of cramping at all. iv just got period pains, so plz tell me someone out there has had the same thing!!! i go to the docs for the first intial appt Friday plz someone tell me some good news!!! im so afraid being though I had a etopic pregnancy 4 years ago and haven’t gotten pregnant since
