Period on LoLoEstrin Fe

Madeline

Okay so I had Nexplanon in my arm for a little over two years, and then I started LoLoestrin at the end of October. The first period I had was 10 days late, and then it lasted about 10 days! It was a nightmare to be honest! BUT, at the same time I know that the Nexplanon can effect my cycle and it might take some time for the new BC to regulate it. That being said, this period I was supposed to have is very light, almost dark red to brown blood and a little more than spotting because it comes out on the pad a little, but I was just wondering if this is normal?! I’m cramping like crazy, and also really nauseous, this is just dumb!
