Help! Am I going mad ?!

Hi ! I’m new to this board but I’m hoping someone can help me ! I feel like I’m totally going mad ! I was on the implant since my daughter was born nearly three years ago , I had it removed in October and went onto the mini mill till mid December as I got married at the start of the month and didn’t want to be pregnant on my wedding day ( all be it I may have forgotten a few times to actually take it ) Since coming off the pill on the 16tgh of december I have been getting nothing but pregnant symptoms ! Feeling sick , tightening crampy pains , throbbing boobs ! And then today my nipples are so so tender and sore ! I took so many tests last week having convinced myself I was pregnant the last one being Sunday morning just gone , all of which were negative ! I briefly had bleeding for 2 days very light though about a week after coming off the pill so that’s the only period I can use to track my fertility with if it even was a period ! Has anyone else been through something like this , is it normal to get these pregnancy symptoms after coming of the pill ? Or has anyone had this and then gone on to have a positive one ?
