Anyone have your doctor tell you how far along you are based only on HCG levels?

I had blood work done on Monday when I should have been 4 weeks 5 days. Based on my HCG levels my doctor said I’m around 2-3 weeks. I know this is wrong because my last period was Nov 28th, I know exactly when I ovulated and got my positive a week and a half ago which would not be possible at 1.5-2 weeks pregnant. Also I took a clear blue weeks indicator on Sunday that said 2-3 so I know add 2 weeks and it puts me exactly where I believe I am. My levels are 913, is this a bad sign? Anyone have something similar and just had levels on the lower range?

I don’t want to freak you out but my last pregnancy the docs kept
Trying to tell me I was two weeks behind what I KNEW I WAS. My SO wasn’t even in the same state when they were saying I must have conceived. And due to OPKS I KNEW when I ovulated. Because the baby kept growing at the correct rate according to their calculations I just chalked it up to being a miracle. Well I eventually lost the pregnancy and did testing and found out it was genetically abnormal..now it makes sense that it was measuring behind. Were you tracking your ovulation? Are you SURE of when you conceived? If you are express that to the docs....Sometimes they measure behind and then catch up!! Best of luck ❤️

I think when they say 2-3 weeks, they are talking about from the day you ovulated. Because the nurse said 1-2 weeks based on my levels when I was 4 weeks 6 days. So I’d say your guess of 4 weeks 5 days is pretty accurate.
