When did your symptoms really come on?

Hi ladies! I will be 6 weeks pregnant tomorrow. As of now I don’t have terrible symptoms. Mostly just tender breasts to the touch, fatigue, weird cramps feeling in stomach from time to time, and I’m really not very hungry but that’s mostly it.

I travel for work and have a business trip this upcoming Monday where I will be gone for 3 days then the week after I have to go overseas and I am terrified of the long extended flight and being in another country that I will be very sick with morning sickness or worse something terrible could happen. Wondering when did your symptoms really come on in full force?
