Is glow correct?

Glow congratulated me for starting my third trimester today (26 weeks pregnant).
Is this correct? I thought the third trimester started at 28 weeks.

It’s wrong. You’re right. I emailed once about it and glow told me it comes from whoever they use to supply all their info. Why they don’t get someone with correct info is beyond me but whatever.

This is the only trimester that has a gray area. I was talking to my dr about it the other day at my appointment. She actually considers 24weeks the start of the third trimester and starts biweekly visits then because the old 28weeks idea corresponded to viability. Technology and healthcare has improved so greatly that 24 weeks starts the higher viability rates these days so she has started adjusting her patients based on that.
