Blood pressure
My blood pressure is generally 100/60, I've been feeling really off today so I went and got my BP checked and it's 134/70. So, higher than normal for me.
Since its still technically within normal range for an average adult, do I be concerned or?
I'm interstate at the moment so can't just head down to my midwife
