9dpo breast soreness. Is this a good sign

*QUESTION: could this be a good sign?

Hello ladies do around 4dpo maybe earlier I noticed my right breast swollen, nipple hurt and hard! *after ovulation my left breast is the one always swollen* so I'm like this is extremely weird 🤔. So as the days go on I am noticing still that my right breast is sore but now my left breast is also sore , now both nipples are sore and are very hard. My nipples have been hard as well since 4 or so dpo! Tested today and yesterday BFN
