Trigger shot

Hi everyone hope u well. I did Clomid from day 2 till 6. Went in at day 10 and I had 2 mature follicle 20,8mm many 15mm ones. Dr gave us a trigger shot he warned us that we have a very high chance for twins if we do the trigger shot. I think I am ovulating today as I have never had the ovulation cramps I have today. Anyone have mature eggs and ovulate with the trigger shot? When u get the trigger shot do all your eggs ovulate? And did u land up with twins? I don’t have fertility problems but my eggs aren’t great quality.
