Always hot at age 30?!?TTC?
I am the one who needs a fan on constantly, have been that way my entire life. Windows opened in the winter, no long sleeve shirts or sweaters, etc. Anyone experience this? Have a special diagnosis? It's not my thyroid..I'm wondering if it's low estrogen production..
Anyone take estrogen supplements? If so which ones? Did it help you conceive or with your hot flashes?
