i’m confused 😭
my numbers were above average during glucose test. i’ve been checking my blood sugar (didn’t start the diet) and my numbers were in the normal range (in the higher end but still normal). i started on a GD diet (haven’t seen my dietician yet so i’m going off numbers online
for now) and my numbers are on the lower end of normal. but my results clearly show my results are high 😩😩 what is happeninggggg
