Best time of day to take prenatals?

I read somewhere that there is a better time of day to take prenatals, and I was wondering if anyone had any info on that, or if it was BS? I usually take mine when I remember honestly (lol) but if there is a better time I’d like to do it then!

I take them at bedtime with my baby aspirin.  Otherwise they make me sick.

I don’t think it matters. I had to take mine at night in the first trimester because I was so sick in the mornings I couldn’t keep them down

I checked morning by mistake. I don’t think it actually matters as far as absorption or effectiveness but rather what time of day are you more likely to keep it down. I take mine in the evening because dinner is my largest meal, so with a full tummy the prenatals don’t upset my stomach as much.

I take mine right before bed. The DHA gives me awful fish burps if I take them during the day lol.

I've always been told it doesn't matter when, as long as you take them daily. I make it a habit to take mine with dinner so that I don't forget.

Some doctors recommend evening or night just because of morning sickness or because they make some people feel bad.

It doesn’t matter but if you find they give you an upset stomach it helps to take them before bed

I’ve never heard this. I take them with meals and 2 hours before I take my aspirin
