Any Orange Theory ladies out there?

I’m 20 weeks and still doing orange theory. I was going 3 times a week before the pregnancy and am now down to 1 class a week. I power walk and occasionally jog towards the end of the cardio segment. I’ve found that my coaches aren’t super familiar with pregnancy ab moves so I modify on my own (planks, side planks, etc)
