I just received my blood results

Got my blood drawn for HIV on NYE and just received my results today at my appt. I am happy to say it came back negative! Great way to start the new year! I was so nervous but glad I got tested. I usually get tested often but to be honest I was hesitant to get tested this time. I waited and waited and finally made a doctor appt for something else. I didn't bring it up getting tested until the doctor asked me if I wanted to and I said yes.

I was so scared driving back to town that's all I could think about on the road because I knew that it was getting closer to result time. It's a huge relief off my shoulders. Never be afraid to get tested. The sooner you know the better no matter what the results are.
