Help ladies

Hey ladies , so the other night I was cooking with the hubby & I had to sit down because I started to get a weird design in vision all of the sudden I got really hot so I went and jumped in the shower because I figured it was just my anxiety got out of the shower and sat on the couch and my whole left arm and hand went completely numb I couldn't even take off my rings , I've had tons of pressure like a head cold on my left side of my face , so today I was at work and ended up getting this same messed up vision I had to lay down I lost it for about 30 minutes almost like a blurred vision like before getting a bad migraine but not ending up with one this just started . Also feeling really dizzy when this happens . Could this be signs of preclampsia?
